According to Louise Treiber's obituary, she was married to August Schram from 1900 to 1906, and married Peter Treiber in 1908. Phillip Trieber was born in 1898. By process of elimination and absent additional records, the most likely parents of Phillip are Peter Treiber and his first wife. However, that is only a tentative conclusion.
